Newborns don’t follow schedules, and that’s exactly how it should be.
My sessions are slow, flexible, and baby-led. We take breaks when needed, feed when needed, and follow your baby’s natural rhythm.
Whether we photograph in my living room or at your home, the goal is always the same:
a safe, relaxed space where you can simply be present.
Where do sessions take place?
Newborn and maternity sessions take place either:
- in my calm, home-based space in Leiderdorp
- or in your own home in Leiden, Leiderdorp, or nearby areas
Home environments help babies (and parents) feel relaxed — and that’s where the most honest images are created.
Partners and children are always welcome to join the session for no additional fee. The best time to book your photoshoot is 30 – 36 weeks of your pregnancy.
When is the best time for a newborn session?
Ideally within the first 2–3 weeks after birth, but older newborns are always welcome.
What if my baby cries or needs breaks?
That’s completely normal. Sessions are calm and flexible — we follow your baby’s pace.
Do I need to prepare my home?
No. A tidy corner and natural light are more than enough.
Do you provide outfits or props?
I keep styling simple and natural. Neutral wraps and minimal props are available if desired.
